1. Measuring - Since our entire line of window treatments are custom made, we exercise the utmost care in precisely recording the measurements you provide, so that the finished product fits your exact specifications. Window treatments thus made cannot be returned. If you have any questions concerning your measurements please call our service department or consult a local professional installer.
2. Color- Before placing any order, particularly where color accuracy is critical, we urge you to order the available color samples to assure a precise color match. Since computer monitors vary in their ability to accurately display colors, both on our website or on your monitor, and since manufacturer dye lots may vary at times, it is strongly recommended that samples be obtained before any order is finalized. Even so slight variations may occur and are no cause for alarm. We will gladly replace any product that is the wrong color, or where the variation is so significant as to render it unusable. The management reserves the right to make this determination. It is also recommended that when ordering a number of window treatments of the same color, that the entire order be placed at the same time to assure maximum uniformity.
3. Cancellations- Orders to manufacturers are usually placed within minutes of the time we receive them, so that your order can be promptly processed. In most situations it is therefore impossible to cancel an order once production has begun.
4. Backorders and Discontinued Products - We strive to process your order as promptly as possible and to ensure an adequate supply of inventory. There are however situations beyond our control when products are discontinued or backordered. In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible for a new course of action.
5. Returns – If a return should be necessary, please contact us before returning merchandise to authorize the return and make proper arrangements. The return authorization number is required for proper shipping, tracking and handling of the return. Any item returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
